How and why we use your personal data.
Jobseekers
The LoveLocalJobs.com platform uses your personal data to match your skills, experience and education with potential job opportunities and future work pathways.
You can apply for a job vacancy on the platform with or without creating a candidate account. In either case your details and CV are sent automatically to the employer that is advertising the job.
If you create a candidate account on our platform, you have the option to allow your CV and personal details to be viewed by employers using the platform. Organisations or recruitment firms can search, view over the internet or download your information when they set up a search for candidate details that match your profile. You can consent to your CV and personal details to be viewed and forwarded to potential employers in this way from your candidate account.
After you’ve applied for a job vacancy, all further contact about the vacancy will be conducted directly between you and the potential employer.
When you apply for a job on the platform and your CV is sent directly to the advertising employer, and/or an employer searches the CV database and downloads your information, they are responsible for storing and collecting additional information from you that is collected during the recruitment process.
You may be re-directed to another URL to process a job application because the employer requires you to comply with their online service. Once a new URL is generated, we’re not responsible for the data that you supply that URL.

In addition, we use the personal information collected through the platform to provide you, or allow selected third parties to provide you, with information, products or services that you request from us, or that we feel may interest you. You have the option to opt out of the use of your data in this way when you register on the platform.
